Act No. 8 of 1997

The Trinidad and Tobago Copyright Act (Act No. 8 of 1997, as amended up to Act No. 5 of 2008) provides automatic copyright protection. Registration is not required to obtain copyright protection in Trinidad and Tobago. Copyright – Office of The Attorney General and Ministry of Legal Affairs
